There are four basic types: asset lease, commercial chattel mortgage, equipment rental or cashflow funding. Most of the finance we arrange are chattel mortgages, however we’ll talk to you about what is involved with each – and more importantly which is best for you.

Yes. Some lenders on our panel will look at new businesses, provided you have a track record in the same industry.

Yes, we have lenders on our panel who will do this. Several also have no age restrictions on the asset.

“Low documentation.” Lenders use varying names for this, but what it essentially means is less information is required to obtain approval. If your company is GST registered and has been trading for more than two years, and if one of the directors is a property owner, your company will be in the low-doc category.

Yes. We have a car-buying service that can help you find the right car at a great price.

This depends on the lender. Historically, banks take the longest, from two to five business days. However, we have some excellent non-bank lender alternatives on our panel. They can have an approval in usually less than 48 hours at the same interest rate.

We are paid an upfront fee by the lender for procuring the finance. This fee is usually financed, so you do not pay a separate fee. And, unlike mortgage brokers, no trail is received as an equipment finance broker.

Good news. We remain available over the term of the loan to request anything you might need from the lender. That means you won’t be sitting on the phone to the bank for hours to get a payout letter, activity statement or anything else. We’ll look after it for you
