Jason Smith
Managing Director
Jason has been a business owner since the age of 24. He founded Capital Plus Finance in 2018, and today, he is responsible for making sure every customer receives nothing less than the highest level of service. Outside of the office, Jason is a fitness fanatic obsessed with road cycling. He considers himself a pretty good joketeller (you be the judge) and believes in the mantra, “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”

Jodie Williamson
Senior Finance Broker
Jodie has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance. She was the company’s first employee and has never lost her passion for helping people achieve their goals. Jodie holds a Cert IV and Diploma of Finance, and brings years of knowledge in truck and trailer finance.

Stuart Bell
Senior Finance Broker
Stuart’s experience goes back 25 years, beginning with ANZ and as a business manager at Titan Ford. Stuart moved into finance broking in 1993, focusing on asset and equipment finance, before joining the Capital Plus Finance team in 2018. Stuart has a Cert IV and Diploma of Finance and is highly experienced in analysing company financials and working through complex deals. He’s based on the Central Coast of NSW and is a tragic Cronulla Sharks supporter.

Nathan Young
Senior Finance Broker
Nathan, based on the Central Coast of NSW, brings over ten years of finance experience to the team, having begun with CBA before joining the Capital Plus Finance team in 2018. Nathan is a specialist in vehicle and truck finance, especially when it comes to helping tradies, and he never stops until he gets the best deal for his client. Always on the go, Nathan can usually be found outside work attempting a new fitness challenge.

Aris is a working capital specialist with over 23 years of experience in the debtor and invoice finance industry. His words to live by? “Assumptions are the mother of all stuff ups.” Aris loves spending time with his family, hitting the gym, and collecting basketball sneakers.

Harrison Smith
Finance Broker
Harrison recently became a finance broker after learning the ropes from our senior broker for two years. Now in his final university year, completing a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in accounting, Harrison is dedicated to all things finance and business.

Marketing & Office Support
Our youngest team member, Cooper, looks after our marketing, social media and administrative tasks. He’s in his second year at Macquarie University, completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting. One of our office’s many gym junkies, Cooper believes in the mantra, “Be kind to your body – it’s the only place you have to live.”

Tracey keeps the office running smoothly, supporting brokers and making sure everything in-house is handled efficiently so that our customers can achieve the results they want faster. Another important office responsibility: taking the company mascot for a run now and then.
